The Velvet Luxe Experience Collection is designed to elevate your celebration with premium furnishings, luxury décor, and refined dining in our event venue in Dallas, NC. Guests enjoy upgraded Chiavari chairs, serpentine and crystal-tempered glass tables, and an expanded linen and charger palette for personalized event styling. Décor enhancements include crystal centerpieces, a sweetheart table, and premium backdrops that set the stage for an unforgettable event.

The Velvet Protocol™

Dining is enhanced with gold-plated chafing dishes, formal Bone China place settings, and full glassware including wine, water, and champagne glasses at each place setting. The Velvet Luxe Experience also features full plated dinner service through our curated list of preferred caterers, ensuring every guest enjoys a refined culinary experience. This collection includes ceremony décor, exclusive engagement photo access, and an Airbnb bridal suite option for convenience and elegance.

The Velvet Rush™

Our team provides full event setup and breakdown, uniformed staff, and a dedicated Event Manager, while two licensed security officers ensure seamless hosting.

To guarantee the highest quality of service, our luxury wedding and event venue maintains a curated list of trusted in-house vendors. Clients are welcome to bring in outside vendors; however, all external vendors must be pre-approved by management and provide proof of insurance, licensing, and compliance with venue policies. An outside vendor fee of $1,000 for bar service and starting at $500 for catering applies, with clients assuming full responsibility for vendors not contracted through our in-house team.
